Cancellations policy
Lessons need to be cancelled or rescheduled before 10 am the day before the private lesson. Lessons cancelled after that time will be fully charged.
It is strictly prohibited to share or play recordings made during the lessons. Recordings are for private use only.
If you arrive late for a lesson, then you will usually only have the remainder of the agreed hour available.
In event that Rockin' Bird Vocals needs to cancel your lesson, she will give you as much notice as possible. The lesson will be rescheduled at a time convenient to both parties.
There are no refunds for missed or unused lessons.
By booking a lesson you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
Payment menthods: online pre-payment, E-passi or by card.
Do not arrive for singing lessons under the influence of intoxicating substances.
Privacy
Any personal data disclosed by the client is handled in line with GDPR legislation, and will not be shared with any third parties without the client’s explicit consent.
